We are absolutely delighted to have Senior Iyengar yoga teacher, Lorraine Mc Connan back to the studio after last year’s extremely successful Iyengar Yoga Workshop. Everyone is welcome to come along and attend all three days, or just one!

This workshop is suitable for those with some yoga experience and those that want to learn good alignment and more about safe yoga practice and Iyengar yoga. Bookings through Iyengar Yoga Ireland here.

Galway’s only Not-for Profit

yoga studio,

offering classes for all.

A stunning space for yoga in Salthill, with experienced teachers offering classes facing the Burren and the sea.

yoga darśana is the place to come for yoga in Galway, to discover new approaches, and strengthen your practice. darśana is the Sanskrit word for mirror or reflection. The studio name yoga darśana is inspired by the yoga Sutras of Patañjali. It represents how yoga is like a mirror, reflecting the soul through one’s thoughts and actions.

Our Not-for-Profit yoga studio means that all profits from holding regular yoga classes and workshops are re-invested to provide regular yoga classes for people whose (dis)ability, socio-economic & cultural status may have prevented them from joining classes before. We want to make yoga accessible to all! Please get in touch with us if you or a group you know would benefit from our Not-for-Profit yoga services. Check out our Community Yoga Class, every Sunday at 1pm.
